Land for Sale, in Roses, view Field

Large area of rural land located on the Peni mountain, in the southern area of Cadaqués. The land covers approximately 55 hectares located entirely within the natural park of Cap de Creus. It has easy access to the non-asphalted road that connects Cadaqués and Roses. The land is about 3 kilometers from the center of Cadaqués. On the grounds there are several rustic constructions and dry stone elements in different states of conservation. There is also a small old farmhouse in very poor condition. There is the possibility of rebuilding the farmhouse although the project is somewhat complex given its location in the natural park. Currently the land is used as pasture. Formerly it has had different agricultural uses, including vines.
