To prevent the air from becoming polluted, and without the need to open the windows, the house incorporates a ventilation
machine with heat recovery that creates a circuit. It draws air out of the kitchen and bathrooms and brings outside air into the bedrooms. All this process is carried out through a thermal exchange that prevents the air entering the rooms from being at an external temperature.
THE PROPERTY
The house is accessed through a small porch that leads to a large entrance hall opened up to the upper floor. A spacious, fresh and bright space that immediately reveals the special attention that has been paid to the colours and materials of the interior of the house, among which we highlight its splendid and at the same time simple natural marble staircase.
