Residencial SORTS 1 is a project of 8 new build semi-detached houses, each on its private plot, located very close to the centre of Gata de Gorgos, in a natural environment and well connected to Denia, Jávea, Jesús Pobre and La Sella Golf. The location allows easy access to the AP7 and N-332 and is next to the Montgó Natural Park.

The complex is distributed over two floors per home, with flexible layouts:

4 centrally located homes: 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, possibility of private pool.

4 corner homes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, larger gardens, optional swimming pool (except GT-02). Two of them (GT-01 and GT-08) include parking and storage room in the basement with direct access.

Construction will begin in October/November 2025 and is estimated to be completed by July 2027.
