The apartment is located on the first floor and is easily accessible via elevator or stairs.
El Sueño is a small apartment with a large open floor plan, a quiet space in one room.
The living room provides access to the large (covered) balcony via sliding doors.
From this balcony, with dining area and sun beds, there is a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and a view of one of the communal swimming pools with heated jacuzzi.

There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink in separate toilet.

The fenced swimming pools with jacuzzis have green lawns with sunbeds and parasols. 2 separate fenced children’s pools with sunbathing lawn are available. Take showers in the toilet.
Everything is there for a luxurious beach holiday close to the sea.

The apartment is bright in phase 7, called ’Los Narcisos’. The urbanization is built as a white Andalusian village set in Mediterranean gardens. Centrally you will find swimming pools, children’s pools, jacuzzis, meeting places and children’s playgrounds.
