Next to the kitchen we find a beautiful interior patio with barbecue that connects with a small house on two floors, the ground floor used as a cleaning area with a bathroom and access from the back street, San Lorenzo and on its ground floor where we find a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Returning to the main house and going up a beautiful wooden spiral staircase, we access the ground floor where there is a spacious living room and a huge bathroom with a bathtub in the centre and windows on both sides of the floor from where you can enjoy the sunrises with the Mediterranean as a witness.
On the upper floor we find the remaining two bedrooms, the main one with spectacular views of the promenade of El Campello.
