Sariego, the Pleasant Valley on the Camino de Santiago. It is bordered to the north by Gijón and Villaviciosa, to the east by Villaviciosa, Nava and Cabranes, to the south by Siero and Nava and to the west by Siero again. It is the birthplace of the Nora River. Its main festivities are those of Santiago (the weekend before the 25th of July) and San Pedrín de lah Cueva (the third Sunday of August). Some festivities related to some traditional activities, such as the esfoyaza, are also being recovered.

It’s amazing to get to Vega de Sariego and look around and see ambulatory, supermarket, playground, bank and restaurants, Public School (very recognised, by the way), and all this just with a couple of twists of the neck. The concentration of services and the proximity to important towns such as Pola de Siero, Nava or Villaviciosa, says a lot about the location of the house that we are going to develop below.

This villa was built in 2008 within a small urbanisation where it stands out for its originality, as it is one of the few independent, and for all the details that its owners have applied to it over the years.
