The villa has a large swimming pool with removable fence for the children, but if it you do not have children, it is easily dismantled and fully integrated into the surroundings. In addition, it has several areas with games for children, swings, elastic bed for jump ... as well as a barbecue at the end of the porch next to the kitchen as well as an outdoor gym on the terrace in first floor with spectacular views.

Already inside the villa, on the ground floor we find a nice entrance of double height that gives us access to the large and open space living room with fireplace and direct access to the front porch, garden and pool. The living room communicates with the large kitchen with dining area, behind which we find the independent laundry. In this same floor we also find a large room with bathroom en suite.

On the first floor we find a living room open to the entrance, as well as a large master bedroom with bathroom en suite, which can be shared, if needed, with the next double bedroom. Also, on this floor we also find last double room and a shared bathroom.

The pool is salted, has a surface of 12 m x 5 m. It is one meter deep after the steps and descends gradually to the maximum depth of 2 meters.

The house is available by months only in low season. Then in high season we do weekly holiday rentals.
