This property is located in a quiet residential area that has several swimming pools and easy parking.
The property offers a private terrace, with a chill out area and artificial grass, ideal for spending a beautiful evening. On the ground floor there is a very bright living room, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc... Utility room with laundry area and storage and a toilet.
The house is tastefully decorated, on the first floor we have two double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and balcony, the other two bedrooms have two single beds, each room has its built-in wardrobe. In addition to air conditioning in all rooms, we can also find a full bathroom.
