For rent Detached villa in a quiet area with views to golf course. This luxury cotijo style villa is ideal for a wonderful holiday. It has parking for 2 cars, private heated pool, boules pitch and a large patio with comfortable seating. The interior has recently been refurbished and has a landscaped garden. For added convenience, we have installed the latest air conditioning units / Panasonic reverse cycle heating in the living room and each bedroom. It also has a fireplace with insert in the living room and fly screens on all windows. We are very concerned that our guests feel as comfortable as possible, providing good beds, linens and fluffy towels. The villa is equipped for 8 people in four double rooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom with its own terrace overlooking the golf course. It has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet and two sinks. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a shower, king-size bed and wardrobes, the other two rooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.
