The villa is located on a plot of 1,023 m2, almost flat. Entrance and parking (without cover) for 2 - 3 cars. BBQ area and covered naya with fantastic views.

The house is distributed on one floor (the first floor is NOT included in the rent - it is closed) in: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living - dining room with direct access to the naya, open kitchen. There is another bathroom (toilet) accessible from the pool.


Extras: double glazing and A/C in the whole house. Fiber optic (WIFI).

Prices include: rent, final cleaning, bed linen and towels for 6 persons. NO pets allowed.
