This new real estate colossus rises just 150 metres from Poniente Beach in Benidorm, the best location in the whole of southern Spain.

Isla de Benidorm:
As soon as you arrive in Benidorm and step onto the sandy beach, you will see an island rising out of the sea a few kilometres from the beach (exactly two nautical miles from the port of Benidorm). This is an island called Isla de Benidorm. The Spanish use another name for this island, Isla de los Periodistas. No one lives on the island, it has no permanent residents, but you can buy a trip to the island from Benidorm, where you can enjoy a seafood meal in a restaurant.
