Gijón has for many more charm than Oviedo, and although even the one who writes these lines is carbayón like Herrerita, mythical player of Real Oviedo of other times, we have to pay homage to one of the most valuable councils of the Principality. Gijón has a beach, and Gijón has everything. So for everything, we need to be close. This time we will create one of what may be the most personal text of our career, because we are unconditional fans of Colloto and its people, we feel rooted in how close it is to live here. It is still living in Oviedo, but away from the big neighbourhoods. Here people know and take care of each other, there are real local shops, and there is a medical centre opened in 2019, a sports centre, a public and subsidised school, and the best cider atmosphere in the entire capital. Nearby we also have the green path of the Nora, the Águila polygon with a craft brewery, or the Tierra Astur, the famous Llagar de Colloto or the Herminio, and not just one, but two playgrounds and green areas. Not forgetting that we have the train stop very close to home, as we can see the tracks in front of the house, attesting to the great possibility of connections from here.

This two-storey house with a patio of 80 m2 is ideal to have everything you need to live inside and outside the house and comfortably. We have the good thing about entering the house by car by accessing it from the inside with its garage with a mezzanine, and we access it by entering through the kitchen, or perhaps we come from a walk and sit on its porch, before entering through the front door.
