The situation of this cortijo is idyllic with all the pluses of being in the town but it is detached with unbeatable views.

The cortijo is made in the rustic style of the Alpujarras with some modern twists. It is made in an n shape with the terrace in the middle and with two unfinished rooms that can be converted into a extra bedroom with an en-suite with independent access from the main house or it would be great as a studio or the possibilities are endless.

To the house there are 3 entrances, two of them being to the terrace and one by the side where you can park the car. The farmhouse is accessed passing through the village of Mecina Bombaron and has about 80m of dirt track and there is room to park for several cars.

The house has kitchen / dining room with living room of two heights with its fireplace, hallway that goes from one end of the house to the other with its fireplace, 3 large bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub and there is a small room like a storage room.
