The council of Aller is on the rise, since it allows to combine the current trend of returning to a more rural life and in contact with nature, but without giving up good communications and services.
It has all the possible tourist attractions, including an incomparable natural environment. Among the natural beauties are ’Les Foces del Pino’ and ’del Aller’, deep gorges carved by these rivers in the mountain limestone. In addition, the council offers a wide variety of routes that follow the paths of traditional shepherds from the villages at the bottom of the valleys to the beautiful brañas impossible to guess from below. Places such as the ski resort of Fuentes de Invierno, or the Peña Mea, give a few more brushstrokes about the strength of the mountains in these lands with a marked mining past.

In this spectacular place is the town of Santana, just 3 km from Cabañaquinta, which is located on the sunny side of the valley. With a fair height to have the best views, but in a very accessible way, we find this independent house with two floors that make up 140 m2 built, and which has a garden of 200 m² in which to enjoy, alone or in company, the light and tranquility of a private space in the middle of nature.

On the main floor are the three bedrooms, of a good size and with spectacular views of the valley, and a bathroom with hydromassage cabin.
From this floor we can access the undercover, where we will have a huge storage space or playground for children, or descend to the ground floor, where we will find a great American kitchen with access to the garden, and a toilet.

And although given its south orientation and that the peace that is breathed in the environment would hardly make it necessary, the whole house has double glazed PVC windows, for efficient thermal and acoustic insulation.
