Frailes is in the Spanish province of Jaén, with the village nestled in hills surrounded by olive trees. There are some incredible wild mountains just beyond.

The nearest airport is Granada, but Malaga is easy too, and the nearest beach is the lovely town of **Salobreña**. Frailes has a number of great bars (6) and restaurants, small supermarkets, a weekly market, banks, doctors, etc, it is a small bustling community with many cultural events throughout the year.

The house is very cheap to run (a few hundred euros per year), the current owner has installed a new wood-burner and a new roof, the house is rustic, but solid!
