On the lower floor, the right wing houses a spacious dining room with an elegant oak table for 12 people and the living room, equipped with designer sofas and a large screen. On the left wing you will find a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, including a central island, a double fridge, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a cosy table for more informal meals.
This entire floor has direct access to a terrace of over 120 m² with uninterrupted sea views. This outdoor space features a large table with 12 chairs and a private pool strategically located to offer total privacy. Around the pool, comfortable Fatboy sun loungers invite you to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Going down one more level, you will find the sleeping area, made up of two master suites, two double en-suite bedrooms and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds, all with sea views. This floor also includes a practical work area equipped with a screen and printer, ideal for working in a quiet environment with the sea as a backdrop. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer located next to the children’s bedroom.
